AVAILABILITY
Most products on this website are
in stock and available for delivery. Occasionally
though we do run out of a given product. When that happens, we will
contact
you by either e-mail, phone or regular mail. If the product is only
temporarily
out-of-stock we'll give you the option of putting the product(s)
on back-order, refund or exchange for something else of equal value.
RETURN /
EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you to be happy with our software and our company. But we also can't stay in the business of serving customers if our return policy is used as a preview service or
customer's do not
read the descriptions thoroughly. Please make sure you have READ the program
descriptions AND the system minimums.
Please make sure you
review your software immediately upon receiving it.
DEFECTIVE software can be
exchanged promptly for the exact same item --provided you return the defective item within
14 days
of original receipt. Defective means the CD itself has problems, not your
equipment.
UNOPENED
software can be returned at with prior notice to us within
14 days of original
receipt for a full refund or credit minus the original shipping cost
listed on the order form.
Most of computer games come shrink-wrapped, but
some of our programs small and/or independent game companies do not,
thus, "unopened" means "unused." We will inspect the CD itself and make our
own determination as to whether it was handled.
Boardgames, Boxed or Bound RPGS, Comics, Etc
We will gladly exchange any other products (Books, Comics, Boardgames and RPGS) within 30
days of the purchase if they are found to be
defective with all parts returned from the package in good condition with a replacement of the exact same item
or refund with verifiable receipt.

Downloadable products such as PDF
files and certain downloadable software cannot be "returned" or "exchanged"
once the sale is complete. If you have trouble download email us at

products delivered on CD-ROM on not returnable either.
